Welcome to Sotto. By downloading, installing, or using the Sotto mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sotto App ("we," "our," or "us"). If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Sotto is a mobile application where users write inner notes ("whispers") and receive gentle, AI-generated replies. The service includes:

Sotto offers optional subscriptions:
Subscriptions are processed through Apple's StoreKit 2 and are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your device settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple. Please contact Apple Support for subscription refund requests.
Sotto is not a substitute for professional mental health care. The AI-generated responses are for reflection and comfort only. They are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
You may stop using the App at any time. You may also delete your account and data through the App's account settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sotto App operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of Sotto after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.
